Please bear in mind that shopping online is a different shopping experience from in-store shopping. Colours and textures of materials might look different from different computer/mobile brands due to the models and set ups of the screen. Please consider the followings before placing an order online:
- Colours are as accurate as possible and may subject to anomalies due to screen variations
- Sizes and measurements are approximate
- Products are subject to availability
- Prices shown in INRare without taxes and custom duties
- Delivery charges are an additional cost applied at the checkout if applicable
At any given time, information on our website may be subject to inaccuracies. Where an image, price or copy inexactness has occurred we aim to rectify this as soon as possible. We shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of this website.
Making a Purchase
After completing the checkout process, means that you have placed an order on our website, and you have already purchased a product or a number of products from us. We will confirm that we have received your order(s) by sending you an 'order confirmation' email to the address provided in the ordering process.
We must receive full payment of the products before we can send out the goods. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is processed at the time of purchase, we dispatch your order from our warehouse and you will receive an 'order dispatched' email which is confirmation that we have accepted your order.
Customers will be communicating via email address you have provided to us. We value your opinions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
To proceed with processing the order and or taking payment we will require additional information.
If there is a problem processing your order or payment we will place your full order on hold until we receive instructions from you on how you would like to proceed. If we do not hear from you within 7 working days we reserve the right to cancel your order.
At LisasWardrobe, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose your contact information to third party.
Delivery cost is in addition to the price of the product on our website.
Any dates we specify for delivery of products on the website or by email are approximate. We will try to deliver your good(s) within 48 hours once we have confirmed the availability of your order (s). However due to holidays in the cities where the product is being stored, delivery date will be confirmed in each individual case. We will do our best to deliver products within the times stated. We shall not be held accountable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
We will send you a 'dispatch confirmation' email when your order has been processed. This will include a delivery estimate and where possible, a tracking number for you to track the progress of your order.
We deliver using various suppliers dependent on your delivery selection. We deliver to HK and worldwide, except India due to contract with suppliers. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
