CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

LisasWardrobe is doing our best to ensure that you will enjoy every product and your purchase experience is pleasant. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments. We therefore request our customersto check their ordersthoroughly, make sure it is correct prior to confirming.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as the order placed unless the product is wrongfully delivered, (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), miswritten in delivery addressby our staff, or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

To report a damage in transit, or the manufacturing defect, pleasecontact us within 48 hours of delivery on info@lisaswardrobe.com, with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defected item.Our staff will look into the case and revert back within 48 working hours.

Customers shall always contact us before returning the goods, unless the reason valid and photos showed damages are caused by manufacturing procedure in such case have our approval of returning, we shall not bear the shipping cost of the returning goods otherwise and refunding the goods. LisasWardrobe holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. The returning parcel is the responsibility of yours until it reaches us.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

 

REFUNDS


When your return process has been approved, we will refund the amount of the product to the method of payment used for your order. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days, you will receive email confirmation from a member of the customer service team to acknowledge we have successfully accepted your return. Please allow 10 days for the funds to reach your account as this is dependent on your bank or building society and is out of our control.

If we are unable to refund any item because we believe it has been worn or damaged, then we will contact you before returning it to you and no refund will be made.

We are unable to accept returning of pierced earrings purchased online due to hygiene reasons.  Neither exchange nor refund will be approved.
